The staff is kind, the breakfast GORGEOUS, the ocation is amazing close enough to the Hippodrome, Restaurants, Shopping and Bars, restaurants and pubs. The units are immaculate, quiet.

Fast check-in, fine beds and generally exceptional service. Responsive staff, was willing to help whole time. The executive queen room was budget and immaculate. The night bar was amazing and the drinks were fine.

I had a very very good stay in a long time. Whole place was impeccably clean with amazing views; perfect location near to town centre. I loved that the double room was luxurious and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast was savoury, the staff was decent. The service was good, totally satisfied.

truly a superior hotel. we had a superior queen room with television with satellite channels, an individual safe and a writing desk. the location was historic for first time visitors to bristol.

The location was excellent better than we ever had anywhere in the world. Loch Fyne is within a walking distance of the hotel. Very close to the cabot tower, 10 minutes' walk to Bristol Temple Meads train station. Honestly no complains at all
